I just signed up for some Writing Center workshops on preparing material for the job market (cover letters, statements of teaching philosophy, etc.). I'm not sure if you folks are aware of all the workshops like this that are available on campus, so here's a round-up:

Yes! I could really use this stuff. I've been hitting my head against a wall trying to put together a CV, even though it previously seemed so easy! Let's talk soon about shared experiences, and maybe attend a session or two together.
ReplyDeleteAwesome! I'm going to one each of all the Writing Center job market workshops. Unfortunately there was one on cover letters yesterday, just as I got around to searching for these workshops! But there will be another one soon.
